Q: What size tag should I get for my pet?

The best way to choose a size is to measure a tag your pet already wears and likes the fit of. Then compare it to our size guide.

In general:

• Large is ideal for most medium to large breed dogs.

• Medium works well for small breed dogs.

• Small is best suited for cats or toy breeds.

Q: Can I request custom colours or designs?

At this time, our tags are released in curated collections. We do not offer full custom orders, but we love hearing your ideas! Feel free to contact us for upcoming restocks or to suggest future designs!

Q: What material are the tags made from?

Each tag is hand-poured using high-quality, durable UV epoxy resin. They’re lightweight, waterproof, and built to handle daily wear. Adding a reinforcement increases the durability.

Q: Will the writing wear off?

All lettering is sealed under a protective resin layer to help preserve it. Like all tags, some natural wear can occur over time with heavy use.

Q: Can I add more than one phone number to my tag?

Due to space limitations, small heart and circle tags can only accommodate one phone number. For two numbers, we recommend our larger sizes or rectangular styles.
